I just wanted to say a huge thank you for a truly fantastic day yesterday. It’s possible to forget what fantastic experiences are all about but today was a perfect reminder of what it’s all about! Of course the driving and the cars were first class but what really sets you guys apart are all the little details that come together to create such a well run and professional operation.
Examples include:
- New, clean minibuses - Uniformed professional staff - Good selected of snacks and drinks at each station - Clean, new, well maintained vehicles - Great catering
I’m sure its possible to rest on your laurels just because of the quality of the venue and the brand name but it’s really great to see that you continue to set a new benchmark.
There was one small question, while in the clubhouse there was a video showing explaining all the products. There were a couple of chaps that looked like Laurence and Dan appearing but the camera made it look like they had some ‘work’ done? Botox? A slight tan? Nice to know you guys have a budget for that sort of thing…
