Dear Stacey, Sean and Steven, Many many thanks to you and to the Aspire team for helping to make the Grand Prix weekend a fantastic success for us. Stacey did a fantastic job in organising everything backstage fantastically well as always and she will be very sadly missed. Charlotte managed everything perfectly and always with a smile and the staff, Nick, Max, Calia are fantastic and worked amazingly well together. I really do appreciate the hard work put in by all the team to make everything run so faultlessly and smoothly. The food was delicious and well presented and although I didn't get chance to thank the chefs personally I would be grateful if you could express my gratitude to them for me. I have received 3 thank you emails from customers which mention your delicious scones (please can we always have them) and the Victoria sandwich cake was a great hit. Many thanks once again to you all.
