Sean Valentine and Steven Saunders have more than 60 years experience in the industry between them - Steven was consultant chef to London's Ritz Hotel and to Dubai's Burj Al Arab and was also a consultant to Brocket Hall Welwyn, Cambridge University and Planet Organic stores in London. Sean’s experience extends to being involved with projects such as the Commonwealth Games, Ascot Racecourse, Murrayfield Stadium Scotland and more recently in motorsport hospitality.
While Steven concentrates on food, menu design and chef training, Sean specialises in operations, service and financial and logistical business planning - both with the passion for detail that makes them such a winning team.
